We document the roof and stand there with you. We do not pay, waive, or rebate your deductible.
A claim goes better when the damage is photographed and someone who roofs for a living is there to point at it. That is the help. You stay the one who talks to your insurer. We stay the ones who can build what gets approved.
Wisconsin Statute 100.65 does not allow a contractor to advertise paying or waiving an insurance deductible. We will not offer that, and you should not hire anyone who does.
If the carrier says no, or pays less than the work costs, we tell you what we can do for the money and what we cannot. No silent upgrades.
- Photos and a written scope
- On-site with the adjuster
- No deductible waiver, ever
Will you waive my insurance deductible?
No. Brew City Roofing and Construction does not pay, waive, or rebate a deductible. Wisconsin Statute 100.65 does not allow a contractor to advertise that.
What help do you actually give on a claim?
Photos, a written scope, and someone on the roof with the adjuster if you ask. If the carrier pays less than the work costs, they tell you what they can build for that money.
